'Imperial Provisional Government' formed; Promises change

In his infinite wisdom, His Imperial and Royal Majesty, Andrew I, has announced the creation of the Imperial Provisional Government to replace the old and inactive Reichstag for the time being. In a statement made by His Majesty, The Emperor promised his subjects "that the provisional government will help rebuild the nation".
The Imperial Provisional Government is made up of appointed independent representatives, led by former National Democratic Populist Reichstag Member Rosetta Gland, will meet in its first session later this week with Constitutional Reform as a main agenda on the table.
