Josef Hernandez, former Minister of the Department of Commerce, announced in the Reichstag chatroom that the former Kingdom of New America was going to be recreated. He assured the Members of the Reichstag that this wasn't a secessionist plot, since the land New America now claims is a local park not under the control of the Empire.
He also announced that Reich Chancellor Smith, who was the former King of America, will be reinstated to the throne. This caused an uproar from the Opposition, which claimed that allowing the Reich Chancellor to become a foreign head of state was illegal, although the Constitution states that he can do just that. King Reginald III, as he will be called in New America, will be coronated on an unknown date.
