The Austrovian Observer: Emperor changes flag

FEB 24th- The Emperor has signed his second Imperial Decree, changing the national flag. The flag now has a new eagle in the center. This new eagle is called the Imperial Eagle, and will replace the old one on any new Imperial of International document. The old eagle is now official called the Governmental Eagle and will serve as the icon of the Reichstag and Supreme Court.
