State Monarch Appointment Act passed

The State Monarch Appointment Act, which was supported by the Emperor, has been passed in the Reichstag. This new act allows the Emperor to appoint and fire state monarchs. This act has gain support of the Traditionalist and National Populists, who have always wanted the Emperor to be given some powers.

The Emperor has not yet announced the state monarchs he will be appointing. He said he was "going to find great candidates the people loved, was loyal to the monarchy, and has done great things for their state and the nation." The Emperor did say though that he still "wants to have some power in the some states," so he won't be appointing every state their own monarch.

He also went on to promise that he will appoint these monarchs by the end of the 2nd Reich Chancellor Election, which will take place in March. The most likely states to have their own monarch would be probably be Effards-Rylandia, Marymac, and maybe even Pretoria. These states have all had people who have help contribute to the Empire.
