Irons becomes Emperor as Congress votes to change government to Monarchy

Today is a very historic day as former Acting President Irons becomes the first Emperor of Austrovia! Congress has allowed our him to claim the newly created throne. Austrovia will be (of course) a Constitutional Monarchy with the newly created position of Imperial Chancellor leading The Empire. October 6th will be considered "Empire Day", which s the first holiday officially created by Congress.

The Federal Election will stay the same except the National Populists will have Senator Lee become the new candidate for the Party.
